• Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on Orders Over a Certain Amount: As a valued member, you are eligible for free shipping on orders that meet a specified threshold.
a. Shipping to the U.S.: Over $15. Or Free shipping for all members.
• Tax Fees
Sales Tax: In the United States, sales tax is the responsibility of the customer. The applicable tax amount will be displayed on the checkout page, and the customer will be required to confirm the tax amount before proceeding with the payment. For customers in Canada, no sales tax will be applied.
Tariff: Nazstick Stick will cover tariffs, and customers will not be required to pay any additional customs fees.
Standard Delivery
• Shipping Timeframe
Confirmed orders are typically processed for shipping within 2-3 business days. If your order includes a pre-ordered product, it will ship once all products are in stock. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order is ready to be dispatched.
• Shipping Carriers
Your order may be delivered via UPS, USPS, FEDEX or other local carrier, depending on the best option available at the time the order is fulfilled.
• Delivery Duration
Products may be dispatched from the United States, with the delivery warehouse automatically assigned based on product availability.
Standard Shipping Time: Estimated to take 3-6 business days.
If your location is a non-continental U.S. island or a rural area, your delivery is expected delivery to take several additional days.
If there are flight delays, customs inspections, or other force majeure factors, delivery times may be extended accordingly.
• Shipping Coverage
United States; Canada. However, there are exceptions, such as delivery being unavailable to US military zones APO, AP, FPO, AA.
• Split Shipments
We may split your order into multiple shipments due to size or quantity. If this happens, you will see multiple tracking numbers on your [my orders] page.
• Policy for Purchasing Multiple Single Boxes
If a customer purchases multiple single boxes (i.e., the quantity is greater than or equal to the specified limit for whole set purchases in the series), the warehouse will determine whether to ship single boxes or a whole set based on the stock available at the time of shipment. Customers cannot specify the shipping method.
Duplicate Item Issue: If duplicate items are received from the single box purchase link, this falls within the scope of normal random shipping and cannot be addressed through after-sales support for exchanges or refunds.
Change or cancel order
• Order Cancellation
When you place an order, we aim to send your package as soon as we can to make sure it reaches you on time. This means there’s a very small window when you’re able to cancel. Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once a package has been dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Order Address Modification
We do not accept any changes to delivery addresses once a package has been dispatched.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
SHIPPING
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Site. A third-party carrier will ship any merchandise you purchase from our Service. All purchases from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Service passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
While we will work diligently to ensure that products are delivered in the indicated time, you agree that Nazstick will not be liable for any delays in shipping or delivery resulting from the action or inaction of any shipping or carrier service utilized by Nazstick. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
If an ordered product does not arrive to a destination within the continental United States within a month of the order without notice of justifiable delay on behalf of Nazstick , or if an ordered product arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise defective, Nazstick will work with you to address whatever issue you may have.
